Temperature sensor in underfloor heating
Hey there,
im about to install underfloor heating in my new room. And id love to use it with the SGC instead of its standard control unit. Now im wondering what to do regarding temperature sensors. One needs to be fitted under the tiles, right next to the heating matt. Can i use your standard one when protecting it with a plastic tube?
Or is it possible to connect the regular temperature sensor that comes with the heating matt with the SGC somehow? If so, what are the requirements for it to work?
thanks!

Hi
We use digital sensor Type DS18B20, a Interface converts it in a BUS RS485 signal readable for the single board computer. There isn't any resistance from our side.
Measures temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/58557/DALLAS/DS18B20.html
